Refund and Returns Policy

  • In the case of repairs undertaken by Robovacguy, repair times given are merely estimates and are not binding on Robovacguy; time is not of the essence of this agreement unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Robovacguy. Robovacguy shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which the Customer may suffer as a result of any unforeseen costs and/or delayed repairs.
  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Return Material Authorization (RMA) request to be submitted via email prior to returning any items for any reason. Please email us on therobovacguy@gmail.com with your invoice number to book an RMA
  • This number must be used as a reference for all matters relating. Our technical department will issue you with an RMA number which authorizes you to return one item per every RMA number. A full fault description must be completed to enable technical department to test and verify fault as well as carry repairs in a timely fashion.
  • All defective merchandise returned to Robovacguy must be returned with all cables, power supplies, documentation etc.
  • Robovacguy is not responsible for the cost of returning any products to our offices. For your protection, please insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Robovacguy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Acceptance of Products: Robovacguy shall conduct incoming acceptance inspection as soon as possible on receipt of products.
  • Warranty Stickers – If the unit shows signs of tampering or the warranty sticker is missing, your warranty claims will be denied.
  • We reserve the right to deny or refuse any return or warranty claims if there is malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, Wear and Tear, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs.
  • Returns or warranty claims are only for valid reasons, we reserve the right to not deny or refuse any returns or warranty claims due to change of heart or unforeseen circumstances from the customer in which Robovacguy is not responsible for.
  • If any of the above conditions are not met, Robovacguy reserves the right either to refuse the return, or to charge a restock fee of not less than 20%.

To return your product, please book your return with us via email or telephone and we will give you an address to facilitate the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product or repaired product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Warranty covers defects arising under normal use only and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, Wear and Tear, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs.
  • Warranty sticker must be intact and the unit must not show any signs of tampering.
  • Warranty claims outside of the warranty period will be treated as a repair service.
